Lord magistrates were the only generic lord with any changes and all that was was to allow them to give 3 single unit buffs at a time instead of 1 single unit buff at a time, and a very weak campaign buff option. In patch 1.3, the apparent 'skills rework patch' the only things touch were a few legendary lord abilities, cultist summoning skills nerfed, the red line tier 7 buffs were reworked benefit, and replenishment was added as a skill option for demon lords. Most of the feedback was that other than the Ogre Kingdoms which had apparently been designed by the team that did Warhammer 2, most of the generic lords and heroes had boring uninspired skills trees compared to Warhammer 2 races. The feedback was that technology and skills were very underwhelming especially compared to Warhammer 2 where the lessons about what makes things interesting should have been learned.
